Required Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 4–8 years of professional experience in embedded software development. Strong programming skills in C++ (C++11/14 or later preferred) . Solid understanding of Embedded Systems, RTOS concepts, device drivers, and low-level programming . Hands-on experience with FreeRTOS, SafeRTOS, or QNX . Hands-on experience with debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.). Familiarity with build systems (CMake, Makefiles) and version control (Git). Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Texas Instruments SoCs (e.g., Sitara, Jacinto, or DSP-based SoCs). Exposure to Linux kernel, BSP development, or Yocto build system . Knowledge of multicore programming, inter-processor communication, or hardware accelerators . Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and software quality standards (MISRA, ISO 26262 for automotive, etc.). Good understanding of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
