Key Performance Areas:Understanding of credit policy and process thoroughly including the products available. Document and KYC verification, completing the loan application process from login to disbursement by collecting all the required documents.Scrutinizing the documents shared by the customer to check the eligibility and for accuracy/genuineness of the documents to consider the application for loan eligibility. Credit underwriting and CAM preparation - Underwriting/recommending of proposals for non collateral/collateral backed.Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decision or recommend for approval to higher authorities. Decision making within defined TAT.Under writing cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business target by proper training. Carry out Tele verifications to validate the information provided in the application.Require knowledge on analyzing the credit bureau reports.Understanding the business license and Udhyam Registration.Use performance history along with financial analysis, liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in evaluation.Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies. Understanding of property/collateral related knowledge (like legal title and market value of the property)Coordinate with branch and sales team to ensure the applications are completed as per the timelines.Coordinating with Operations team for disbursement. Handling audit queries and providing clarifications. Educational Qualification/KnowledgeAny Graduate or Post GraduateBasic knowledge of loan underwriting and banking.Knowledge of Mortgage Lending Business- awareness on risk involved wrt to title of property Should be able to conduct Tele Verification with clients (self employed) independently and arrive at cash flow analysis. Good communication and report writing skills Communication Proficiency in Local Language (Speaking, Reading and Writing), Ability to speak and read Hindi would be preferred.
