Job Title: Sales Manager – School Tie-Ups Location: Mira Bhayandar / Navi Mumbai (Field-based role) Job Type: Full-time About Us JAC Cricket Academy is one of the fastest-growing cricket academies in Mumbai, with a vision to expand into multiple branches and partner with schools that have playgrounds/sports facilities. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can drive school partnerships, create tie-ups, and help us establish our presence in new locations. --- Key Responsibilities Identify and approach schools (with playgrounds/turf facilities) for cricket academy tie-ups. Build strong relationships with school trustees, principals, and decision-makers. Present JAC Cricket Academy’s proposal and explain the value of partnership. Negotiate and finalize MoUs/contracts with schools. Develop sales strategies to achieve branch expansion targets. Coordinate with the internal academy team for smooth setup post tie-up. Track leads, maintain a pipeline, and provide regular reports to management. Represent the academy at events, meetings, and presentations. --- Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or school/education partnerships (sports sector preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Ability to build trust with school authorities and stakeholders.
