The Senior Engineering Manager in the Information Technology department will play a key role in collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders to develop the product and service evolution roadmap. You will lead a team of engineers in application development, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that impede progress. Managing a robust framework for full stack micro service-based applications will be a core responsibility while embracing Agile methodologies for project execution. Your role will also involve overseeing the quality of deliverables through effective testing methodologies and conducting code reviews to maintain alignment with standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for the production rollout of applications utilizing practices such as blue-green and canary deployment, along with ensuring strict adherence to CICD pipeline quality gates. Providing production support for applications and possessing a solid understanding of SOA architecture and web service standards will be essential. Proficiency in technologies such as XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, REST, and relational databases is required, with a preference for experience in framework-based J2EE solutions. In terms of secondary responsibilities, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are expected. Experience with managing applications developed using Java/Golang, Spring boot/Spring integration, REST APIs, Enterprise Architecture, XML, JSON, XSLT, Oracle, and MongoDB is desired.
