To head internal audits across various departments & business units for NBFC, ensuring adherence to audit standards & methodologies The Internal Audit Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory standards such as J-SOX and ICFR. This role will also focus on tracking audit results, implementing remediation actions, suggesting process improvements, and maintaining robust internal controls. Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and internal controls (J-SOX, ICFR). Proficient in advanced Excel, Oracle, and SAP systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. High proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting audit findings and risk reports. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of the NBFCs and the RBI guidelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly communicate with department heads and other key stakeholders to ensure the integrity of internal control measures. Provide guidance and support for addressing audit issues and improving compliance processes. Qualifications : CA Qualified from NBFC / Banking Sector Must be Heading the Dept or 1 level below HOD Strong knowledge of accounting standards Regulatory & Compliance experience in NBFCs Sincerely, Sonia TS
