It's a good option you can opt if you are arranging a mid range party with ~300 people. It's two story building and a lawn and sufficient parking area on the outside. Recently I went JVR Resort and according to my experience it was nice, sometimes you'll feel crowded but if you can manage then you can go through it.

The banquet is okay, but the approach street is very narrow for the car and is in pretty bad shape.

JVR resort is a great place to book for your function...The lawn area is quite spacious and the same goes for the banquet. It can easily conduct functions of 700-1000 people individually in lawn and banquet. There is lot of parking area available. Go for it if you are staying in neelmatha or nearby. I recommend it highly on top list.
