Clean and comfortable spacious rooms and toilet,staff very good,but very less in number and need more training.maintenence very poor.lifts very slow and some times stops too.house keeping service water supply and need to look in to maintenance,room service etc.under staffed... especially in peak season.

They have not provided a good services, also location is not good to explore the place, they don’t have provide a fridge in a 4 star hotel rooms. They don’t have indoor games.

One of the best swimming pool that I have used. Crystal clear natural water without any chlorine. Rooms are spacious, and the food is good. Make sure u book the rooms in top floor so u will get lake view.
