When we booked the hotel through OYO, we clearly mentioned that we'll check in at 9:00 am ; however when we arrived at the hotel they denied check in until 12:00 pm noon as per the itinerary. It is very bad on the part OYO. I'm really unhappy with the treatment we received at the hotel reception.

I booked a room with Oyo 1 Jan 2022 in Pune Maharashtra (RVC hospitality). They neither have to customer care support nor their reception numbers. I did advance also 2300 and did not even give room to me or not refunded my money. It has become a fake and scam company. All I requested Now don't book room with it

Was good experience, polite staff, excellent service. Room was clean, most imp good location. Only one thing was disappointed that only one tube light was there at least it should be two, rest all things were good.

Average experience. Very limited and below standard Amenities. Not couple friendly. I booked in emergency as our flight got delayed and this spotted near Pune Airport, but is 3 kms away from Airport. Reaching this place was also a challenge.
