The worst experience of my life at any hotel, staff was untrained, also hotel was short staffed, AC was leaking water, Food order was never served properly, no customer complaint redressal and untrained rude staff, never visiting again and never recommending anyone, else I’ll tell people to steer clear from this property.

We visited this hotel to spend a weekend and chill. We stayed for 4night Its always been a great experience and . The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. Excellent service too.
