Key Responsibilities: Analyze and verify the downloaded VAHAN automated data files and identify vehicles not registered on the VAHAN portal. Collect and validate necessary supporting documents from dealerships and submit all verified data in the prescribed format provided by the Client. Maintain VAHAN-related documents on the Clients servers, ensuring data management aligns with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Provide necessary inputs to the RPA team for BOT processing in approved templates. Operate and perform services within the designated geographical area assigned by the Client across India. Manage the recharge of the VAHAN portal; expenses will be reimbursed by the Client on actuals. Ensure data accuracy and maintain effective communication with internal teams and dealerships. Coordinate with dealerships to resolve discrepancies in registration data and update records as per the supporting documents. Develop and update Excel-based MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share analytical insights with the Head of Department. Support day-to-day operations by analyzing data trends, recommending process improvements, and assisting during internal or statutory audits. Investigate and determine root causes of reporting errors, data discrepancies, and other data-related issues. Communicate issue status, progress updates, and estimated resolution timelines with relevant stakeholders. Stay informed about the latest reporting tools, techniques, and industry best practices. Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet all reporting deadlines. Ensure confidentiality and refrain from sharing any customer personal information or documents with third parties without prior written consent from the Client. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 100% maintenance of RC copies and related daily reports on the Client server. 100% timely communication and coordination with dealerships. 100% response rate to emails within 48 hours. 100% adherence to reporting deadlines as defined by the Client.
