Our mission is to provide highly customizable, multi-tenant, B2B SaaS solutions that enable customer-facing bots to sell, support, and engage in natural conversation across web, app, and POS systems. We are now looking for a founding CTO/CAIO to lead all things tech—from core infrastructure to AI architecture. Your Role: As our CTO / Chief AI Officer , you will: Lead the design and development of a custom conversational bot framework and infrastructure Build an End-to-End Conversational AI Platform with Emotion and Avatar Interaction, built Entirely from Scratch Architect and oversee a multi-tenant SaaS platform with robust scalability, API-based delivery, and modular AI integration Build and manage data pipelines , integrate open-source models and/or LLM APIs , and eventually develop proprietary model pipelines Develop the backend and cloud architecture for delivering scalable, low-latency, real-time bot services (voice + avatar) Make key decisions on technology stack , cloud infrastructure , and model orchestration Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align technical development with strategic goals Hire, lead, and mentor a lean team of engineers as we scale Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , AI/ML , Software Engineering , or related technical field (Preferred) Additional certification or research background in Machine Learning , Deep Learning , or Conversational AI Experience: 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in leadership or architect-level roles Proven experience designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms Strong hands-on background in AI/ML , especially NLP , LLMs , voice synthesis , or dialogue systems Experience working with tools like TensorFlow , PyTorch , LangChain , or OpenAI APIs is a big plus Cloud architecture skills across AWS , GCP , or Azure , including Kubernetes , Docker , and CI/CD pipelines Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js , Python , Go , FastAPI , Django ) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL) (Preferred) Direct experience building a proprietary conversational AI platform or custom bot infrastructure , especially for a multi-tenant SaaS B2B product with customer-facing chat/voice/AI avatar features. Candidates with prior experience bootstrapping such platforms at an early-stage startup will be highly preferred.
