The ideal candidate should have a background or keen interest in tensile or steel structural projects, with a willingness to travel and work across both design and site environments. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and prepare fabrication and architectural drawings. Supervise site execution and ensure quality and safety standards. Use AutoCAD and MS Office for design support; knowledge of Rhinoceros, SAP2000, or ixCube is a plus. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on-site and in meetings. Represent the company at client visits and networking events. Participate in continuous learning and contribute to team culture. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Prior experience or strong interest in tensile/steel structures. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Must own a mobile phone and two-wheeler for commute. Required documents: AADHAAR card, driving license, and bank account. Ability to work in a collaborative, open-office environment. Two professional or academic references.
