We have tied up with Bansal classes, Kota for the vast region of Punjab. We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building impactful campaigns that connect with students, parents, and educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Execute marketing campaigns to promote our educational products and services Organize and promote workshops, webinars, school outreach, and events Conduct market research and competitor analysis Build partnerships with schools, tuition centers, and education influencers Track KPIs and prepare campaign performance reports Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years of experience in marketing; experience in EdTech or education sector preferred. Fresher can also apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach (if required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Experience: B2B Marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
