Technical & Behavioral Competencies: Mainframe & Job Control Tools: Scheduler IWS / TWS Administration JCL Syntax, Debugging, and Troubleshooting DB2 Utilities , VSAM Utilities Microfocus Changeman CFT (File Transfers) , ISPF/S , TSO Additional Systems: Linux / Open Systems (basic knowledge) ServiceNow ticketing system (preferred) General IT Infrastructure and Backup/Disaster Recovery Concepts Behavioral & Domain Skills: Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Mgmt.)
