IVF Medical Callers (Fertility Counsellors – Phone Support)

Role & Responsibilities

• Speak with patients (leads) enquiring about IVF, IUI, ICSI, and fertility treatments
• Explain procedures and schedule appointments with IVF doctors
• Maintain records and follow-up with potential patients
• Educate clients about tests like AMH, TVS, semen analysis, etc.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls from paid ads, walk-ins & referrals
• Coordinate with clinical staff for slot confirmations

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Knowledge of IVF/gynecology terminology preferred
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Compassionate, patient, and clear on phone

Pay: ₹8,152.70 - ₹26,710.28 per month
