Visit our website for more information – www.iventurescapital.in As part of our digital growth journey, we are looking for an Assistant Manager – Strategies & Operations to manage and enhance our digital ecosystem, which includes email and WhatsApp marketing, Zoho CRM, automation tools, and AI-led operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, improving processes, and enabling client-centric communications through digital innovation. Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage communication workflows across Email and WhatsApp , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing and service messages. Maintain and optimize client data and activity pipelines within Zoho CRM. Create dashboards and performance reports to track client interactions, campaign outcomes, and sales activity. Implement and experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation platforms) to improve content, design, and productivity. Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and client engagement plans. Support execution of lead generation initiatives via automated and manual digital touchpoints. Participate in planning and deploying LinkedIn and email marketing automations for targeted outreach. Contribute to presentation decks and internal process documentation to streamline client communication. Assist in data management, reporting, and insights generation to support management decisions. Qualification, Skills, and Traits: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. 2- 4 years of experience in digital operations, CRM management, or strategy support. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and platforms like Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business API, or similar tools. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content generation, marketing automation, and reporting. Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of graphic/design tools is a plus. Excellent communication, time management, and execution skills.
