This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, improving processes, and enabling client-centric communications through digital innovation. Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage communication workflows across Email and WhatsApp , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing and service messages. Maintain and optimize client data and activity pipelines within Zoho CRM. Create dashboards and performance reports to track client interactions, campaign outcomes, and sales activity. Implement and experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation platforms) to improve content, design, and productivity. Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and client engagement plans. Support execution of lead generation initiatives via automated and manual digital touchpoints. Participate in planning and deploying LinkedIn and email marketing automations for targeted outreach. Contribute to presentation decks and internal process documentation to streamline client communication. Assist in data management, reporting, and insights generation to support management decisions. Qualification, Skills, and Traits: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. 2- 4 years of experience in digital operations, CRM management, or strategy support. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and platforms like Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business API, or similar tools. Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content generation, marketing automation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Service Liaise with HNI/UHNI clients and banking/wealth partners to ensure smooth operational support. Maintain high service standards by providing timely and accurate responses to client requests. Transaction Management Handle transactions related to Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs across NSE NMF II / BSE Star MF / other platforms.
