Description
Role & responsibilities Design and implement integration solutions between Ivalua and upstream/downstream systems using APIs, Web Services, and middleware. Develop, configure, and manage interfaces (inbound/outbound) using Ivaluas built-in integration capabilities and standard protocols (REST/SOAP, SFTP, JDBC, etc.). Work with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specs and data mappings. Monitor and troubleshoot data flows and integration failures , ensuring stability and accuracy across systems. Coordinate with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and IT teams to align data schemas and process handoffs. Maintain documentation for all integrations, including architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and operational procedures. Support UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases of Ivalua implementations and upgrades. Optimize system performance and scalability, identifyingopportunities for automation and simplification . Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 4-7+ years of experience in system integration, preferably with procurement or ERP systems. Hands-on experience with Ivalua platform integrations is a must. Strong knowledge of integration standards: REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, EDI, IDoc, etc. Experience with middleware platforms like SAP PI/PO,Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
