Apply customer payments (checks, wire transfers, ACH, credit cards) to accounts in ERP/financial systems. Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and unidentified receipts. Communicate with customers, banks, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and adjustments. Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting. Support audits by providing documentation and transaction details.
