As a Senior Specialist Business consultant (AI- Application Consultant) at NiCE, you will be part of the AI Center of Excellence Organization, focused on delivering excellence and driving increased adoption and bottom-line ROI from our portfolio of AI solutions, specifically in Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Interaction Analytics technologies. Your role will involve ensuring optimal performance and continuous enhancement of customers" IVAs and NLU models. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing IVAs and NLU models, analyzing data to derive insights for improvement, conducting testing and quality assurance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing automated BI solutions. Your responsibilities will also include communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders, handling technical challenges, presenting recommendations, and creating continuous improvement programs to achieve financial goals through NiCE solutions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 years of total experience with a minimum of 4 years in the Contact Center Industry, strong knowledge of contact center KPIs, and proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IVAs and NLU models. You should have deep experience in analyzing interaction analytics data, proficiency in programming languages like Python, and familiarity with NLU concepts, NLP, and IVA development. Additionally, advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and developing reports and dashboards using tools like Python, Power BI, or Tableau are required.
