As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will play a crucial role in supporting patients with various medical needs and ensuring their well-being. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, monitoring patient vital signs and symptoms, educating patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, maintaining accurate medical records and documentation, and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in IV insertion and pain management techniques, with experience in Esthetic laser treatment being a plus. Knowledge of PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) or Trauma medicine, familiarity with acute pain management strategies, understanding of sonography procedures, a strong grasp of infection control practices, coding skills for accurate documentation, and the ability to adhere to medical standards and protocols are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with health insurance benefits. The work schedule includes both day and night shifts, and the work location is in person.,
