Key Responsibilities: - Designing a hybrid 1P/3P architecture (SN CMDB + SAP ITAM + Internal IT Service Portal) - Establishing architectural guardrails for integration, extensibility, and governance - Developing a CMDB design and integration strategy - Implementing a data sync/ownership model between SAP and SN - Ensuring SN data structures support resolver, case management, and AI use cases - Collaborating with internal EAs, security, and CorpEng platform teams - Defining the north-star architecture for SN-backed IT tooling - Reviewing and advising on SN module adoption roadmap - Documenting all learnings and decisions. Providing knowledge transfer back to the Client periodically Required Experience: 10+ years in enterprise architecture roles Deep experience with ServiceNow platform, CMDB, ITSM Experience in large-scale, distributed infirastructure environments Knowledge ofi SAP integration and ITAM / ITOM design patterns Familiarity with knowledge graphs, AI orchestration, or API-first data layers This role offers a unique opportunity to drive cutting-edge architectural solutions and make a substantial impact.
