Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell digital marketing and IoT services. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives. Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into paying customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide feedback and reports on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, especially in IT or digital marketing services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be confident on the phone. Strong selling and negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach. Good analytical skills to understand client needs and track performance metrics. Solid knowledge of digital marketing products such as: Website development Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Social Media Marketing (SMM) Sales funnels & landing pages Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
