Role Overview: As an Infoscion at Infosys, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial part in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting product demonstrations, and leading small projects. Your objective will be to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers as part of the consulting team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on expertise - Plan and configure product activities as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Technology) workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines - Lead small projects actively and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to drive innovation, growth, and profitability - Possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems and stay updated on latest technologies and industry trends - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and understanding of financial processes and pricing models for projects - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Leverage one or two industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, and project and team management capabilities Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Primary skills: Service Now, ServiceNow ITOM - Ability to develop strategies, drive growth, and enhance business profitability - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Understanding of financial processes and pricing models for projects - Industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, and project and team management experience Additional Details: The company is focused on providing innovative solutions to clients, enabling them to navigate their digital transformation journey effectively.,
