You will be responsible for ensuring an ongoing safe environment for all staff, operating safety systems at peak performance, and identifying and escalating safety-related risks within the immediate work location and across the connected technology environment. Your role will also involve conducting personal activities safely with an awareness of the wider work environment, aiming for zero injuries to yourself and others. In terms of IT services, you will provide SAP Manufacturing related application support and solution design for business partners. This includes participating in assessment, design architecture, and development capabilities applicable to tasks ranging from simple business processes to architecting and developing SAP Manufacturing systems and areas of functionality. Adherence to SAP Standards and best practices, process analysis, suggesting technology alternatives, monitoring quality and service standards, ensuring documentation is current and accessible, and identifying process improvements are also key responsibilities. Regulatory and legal aspects of the role involve ensuring SAP Manufacturing restoration within SLA, amending policies and processes to enable effective business objectives, escalating organizational risks when appropriate, and effectively identifying, tracking, and managing potential IT risks and issues. Technically, you should manage your assigned ticket queue, provide assistance to others as needed, possess deep knowledge in SAP MM and WM with 5-10 years of experience, deploy SAP with modules PP, QM, IM, PM, and ensure the overall IT support services framework is followed and IT issues are minimized. Supporting IT projects delivery within Visy, ensuring project timelines are met, controlling scope changes, delivering projects within budget and time constraints, ensuring service transition, and closing programs/projects correctly with documentation, change management, and handover activities are also part of your responsibilities. Key challenges include staying updated on relevant SAP Manufacturing issues, providing specialized knowledge and guidance in a diverse, dynamic environment, and being accountable for the quality and integrity of the capabilities provided. Key stakeholders include IDT staff and management, financial controllers, plant managers, business users internally, and vendors and intelligence forums externally. You should have 5-7 years of working and management experience with SAP products, the ability to work in a team environment while being self-reliant, drive outcomes through people, understand applications/software development life cycle, demonstrate business analysis skills, deliver IT technical service in line with ITSM methodology, manage business process reviews, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of SAP PP module is desirable for this role.,
