Job Description

As an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful track record in implementing ServiceNow solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting a range of ServiceNow-based consulting initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing hands-on ServiceNow design and development expertise to support consulting projects. - Collaborating with a team of architects, SMEs, and process consultants for end-to-end implementations. - Leading the migration of data and processes from legacy tools to ServiceNow, such as BMC Remedy. - Configuring and building integrations with tools like SCCM, SCOM, SAP, and Workday. - Enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Setting up ITOM Discovery, configuring CMDB health dashboard, and defining business problems and opportunities. - Communicating technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Developing technical solutions and gaining acceptance for final solutions. - Contributing to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow. - Coaching and advising other Developers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience. - Proficiency in customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM, ITSM, and custom apps. - Hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID server setup. - Expertise in implementing custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API. - Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems. - Involvement in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a lead consultant. - Strong requirements gathering skills and programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional languages. - Understanding of ITIL practices and excellent written and oral communication skills. Skills and Certifications: - ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and ITOM are required. - ITIL v3 certification. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in presentation development and customer presentation. - Demonstrated success in teamwork and leadership. Please note that the top 3 skills required for this role are ServiceNow ITSM, Reporting, Scripting, Automation & Troubleshooting, and Integration.
