Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager at ITSA Hospitals in Raipur. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing departmental functions, implementing hospital policies, coordinating with staff to ensure efficient service delivery, and addressing patient concerns. The Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, managing budgets, and optimizing resources for better operational effectiveness. Qualifications Strong leadership and managerial skills Experience in hospital operations and healthcare management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle patient queries and resolve issues efficiently Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field Proficiency in budgeting and resource optimization Experience with hospital management software is a plus
