IT/Network Administrator

As an IT/Network Administrator at the company, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of computer networks, maintenance, configuration, and ensuring reliable operation of computer systems and servers. Your role will involve overseeing digital security and performing maintenance to guarantee that the system is operating at full capacity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Determine the organization's system needs and install network hardware and software - Make necessary upgrades and repairs to networks and ensure systems are operating correctly - Maintain network and computer system security - Add users to a network, and assign and update security permissions on the network - Train users in the proper use of hardware and software - Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures - Maintain WIFI Network and access - Manage firewall - VPN Client Setup, VPN Access Control, and Monitoring **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience - Hands-on experience in System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields - Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols - Ability to assess present network servers, operating systems, and security layers - Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols - Ability to upgrade hardware and software programs - Experience in installing and implementing effective security systems - Proficiency in performing data backup and recovery processes - Capability to resolve issues with systems and programs,
