As a Production Support Lead in this contract role, your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end production support for business-critical applications. You will be expected to manage incident, problem, and change management processes effectively, ensuring seamless operations. Your role will also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams for quick issue resolution and ensuring compliance with ITIL processes and best practices. Additionally, you will utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow tracking, monitor and manage Azure DevOps pipelines and releases, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and drive root cause analysis for recurring issues.
