The role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize NAS systems for high-performance operations. LocationHyderabad (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities: 8+ years of hands-on experience withNetApp CDOT (ONTAP)L3 level support Should have expertise inITIL processes (Change Management, Problem Management). Hands-on experience withCVO ONTAP (Cloud Volumes ONTAP). ProvideL3-level support forNetApp CDOT in a NAS environment, ensuring high availability and performance. Demonstratein-depth expertise inNetApp C Mode, including cluster configuration, SVM/volume-based replication, LIFs setup and storage efficiency implementation. Manage and troubleshootSMB/CIFS shares, NFS exports and dual protocol shares, ensuring seamless data access and performance. Performperformance analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)using tools likeNetApp Active IQ Manager, OCUM and OnCommand System Manager. Plan and executepatch/microcode upgrades anddata migration from other storage arrays to NetApp C Mode, following ITILChange Management LeadProblem Management activities, including identifying, diagnosing and resolving complex storage issues. Implementautomation solutions to streamline storage operations, improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Configure and manageCluster Aggregates, Volumes, Qtrees, Snapshots and SVMs, adhering to industry best practices. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth operations. Mentor BAU support teams, contribute as anindividual contributor and translatebusiness requirements into scalable technology solutions. Candidate with B.
