As a ForeScout NAC L2 Engineer, you will be responsible for expert level administration and knowledge in Forescout NAC. Your role will involve monitoring client infrastructure and solutions, identifying problems and errors proactively, and investigating incidents to determine the root cause. You will provide telephonic or chat support to clients as needed and schedule maintenance activities for patching and configuration changes. It will be your responsibility to follow the required handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity, report and escalate incidents when necessary, and ensure efficient and comprehensive resolutions of incidents and requests. You will also be expected to update existing knowledge articles or create new ones, identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation of work and process improvement. Additionally, you may contribute to or support project work as required and work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests. This role requires at least one security certification, with PMP/ITIL Expert/CISA/CISM/CISSP OR Tool-Based Certification completed within 30 days of onboarding. The education criteria for this position include MCA or BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/CS/IT, with other streams such as Mechanical not considered.,
