As a Second-Level Application Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide support services for installation, upgrades, and changes. You will be tasked with fulfilling requests from authorized users and ensuring smooth database administration and development support. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as application maintenance, operational control, and planning. Your role will also involve operations support, availability management, and IT service continuity management. You will be working with technologies such as SAP Support Functions, Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), and Unix (optional). Proficiency in English (B2-C1) and possession of an ITIL certificate are required. Knowledge of Jira, ITSM, and Confluence will be beneficial. This position may involve shift work between 6 am to 6 pm, including mornings and evenings. On-call duty 24/7 and planned weekend work should be expected. The role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.,
