Position: Trainee ITI Fitter & Electrical Location: Gallant Ispat Limited, Gorakhpur (U.P.) Qualification: ITI in Fitter or Electrical Trade Experience: Freshers are welcome (0–1 year) Job Description: Gallant Ispat is looking for motivated and hardworking ITI pass-out candidates in Fitter and Electrical trades to join as Trainees in our steel plant operations. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, equipment handling, safety procedures, and plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily maintenance and plant operations Learn to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues Follow safety and quality protocols Support senior technicians and engineers What We Offer: On-the-job training under experienced mentors Exposure to heavy industrial machinery and plant processes Stipend during training period Opportunity for absorption based on performance
