Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Vandalur. The ideal candidate should have an ITI diploma and a basic understanding of CNC machine operation. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (lathe/milling/turning) as per instructions
• Load and unload workpieces and tools
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Measure and inspect finished parts using gauges and tools
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Maintain records of production and downtime

Requirements:

• ITI Diploma in Fitter, Machinist, Turner, or Mechanical
• 0–1 year of experience operating CNC machines (training will be provided for freshers)
• Understanding of machine drawings and measurement tools
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CNC programming basics (G-code/M-code is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Team player with good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
