Job Description

Role Overview: As an ITI AOCP with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Chemical Manufacturing Company, your main responsibility will be to operate and monitor chemical plant equipment such as reactors and distillation columns. You will be executing batch manufacturing operations following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring all safety measures are strictly adhered to. Your role will also involve handling and storing hazardous chemicals, maintaining process parameters, and recording operational data. Additionally, you will be supporting preventive maintenance and emergency response procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor chemical plant equipment including reactors and distillation columns - Execute batch manufacturing operations as per SOPs - Handle and store hazardous chemicals with proper safety measures - Ensure PPE kits are worn at all times and safety norms are followed - Maintain process parameters and record operational data - Support preventive maintenance and emergency response procedures Qualifications Required: - ITI AOCP certification - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing - Knowledge of handling hazardous chemicals and following safety protocols Please note that transportation and canteen facilities are available at the Vadodara & Padra locations. The salary range for this position is between 20000 to 35000 per month. Additionally, the company offers benefits such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave Benefits, food provided, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Vadodara.,
