As a Senior Business Analyst at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), you will be responsible for drafting business and functional requirements for the development, maintenance, and support of ICE Digital Trade. This exciting opportunity requires you to leverage your problem-solving skills to follow the product roadmap to completion. The ideal candidate must be results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with operations, technology, business development, quality assurance, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a world-class application to our users. Your key responsibilities will include working independently to create quality documentation and original content resource material for intellectual property development. You will gather product requirements from various departments and translate them into firm development requirements following appropriate software processes and standards. Developing requirements and analysis artifacts, extracting and analyzing data, assisting with project management, and contributing to incident resolution are crucial aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, MIS, or a related discipline, along with at least 5 years of experience in Business analysis. Excellent written and oral communication skills, technical and functional business writing skills, and attention to detail are essential qualities. You must also have a good working knowledge of software testing, be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and have experience with JSON. Furthermore, you should be adept at facilitating requirements gathering sessions, possess a strong technical aptitude, and understand how technologies impact delivery. Proven organizational skills, commitment to customer service, and a proactive approach to risk management are highly valued. Experience in banking, trading, clearing, or derivatives industry is a plus.
