IT&D Manager, Solution Architect - Logistics & Compliance

You will develop and drive the IT architecture strategy for logistics, exploring innovative technologies and ensuring seamless integration with various systems. Deep expertise in logistics processes, enterprise architecture, and CPG industry best practices will be essential for success in this role. Your role will involve architecting and designing logistics solutions aligned with business objectives, defining the logistics technology roadmap, and translating logistics requirements into scalable IT solutions. Project management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity policies, and managing vendors and service partners will also be key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in capturing business requirements, designing solutions, and working with Oracle Transportation Management. Proficiency in supply logistics, ERP systems, and IT architecture best practices is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work in a global environment, and experience working with stakeholders at all levels are essential for success in this role. Key skills for this position include expertise in Oracle Transport Management, supply logistics, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.
