We are seeking a talented IT Recruitment cum Employee Engagement Executive to join our team. This position is open for female candidates only and is based in Sec 62, Noida with a 5-day working schedule. The ideal candidate should possess a pleasing personality along with excellent communication skills. The primary responsibilities of this role include recruitment and engagement activities, specifically focusing on IT/Cloud Sales positions. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitments, as well as at least 2 years of HR engagement experience. Additionally, experience in office administration, vendor management, and generating Excel reports is preferred. As part of this role, the candidate will be responsible for organizing engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, festivities celebrations, and implementing creative ideas to boost employee engagement. The candidate should be proficient in HR recruitment processes and be able to handle tasks related to employee engagement effectively. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, provided meals, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The working schedule is during the day shift with the possibility of a performance bonus. The candidate is required to have a monthly CTC, experience in conducting engagement activities, and should attach a professional photo in the email application. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of recruiting experience and 1 year of employee engagement experience. Proficiency in English is required, and the work location is in person at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
