itD is seeking an HR Manager to oversee full-spectrum HR operations and support the strategic growth of our Hyderabad office. This individual will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, alignment with global HR practices, and execution of key programs spanning recruitment, engagement, performance, and retention. Responsibilities: Oversee core HR operations across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal movement, exits, and documentation Ensure adherence to Indian labor law compliance, statutory filings, and internal policy governance Collaborate with global and local recruitment teams to align on hiring needs and streamline onboarding Guide performance processes, including PIP implementation, and advise on disciplinary actions Support employee relations through proactive engagement and issue resolution Partner with leadership to support retention, workforce planning, and development strategies Administer benefits programs, including leave policies and insurance-related queries Track and analyze key HR metrics to inform business decisions and identify trends Manage HR systems and ensure accuracy across employee data and reporting The internal responsibilities will be as follows: Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material. (Blogs, media material). Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required qualifications and skills 610 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multinational or high-growth environment Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR operational compliance Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to resolve employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred qualifications and skills MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field Experience scaling HR practices in a growing or matrixed organization Ability to work flexibly across time zones with global teams Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA/PGDM preferred
