Strong exposure to Tier-1 supplier expectations, quality metrics, and compliance processes. Excellent knowledge of Quality Core Tools and their application in production and new product development. Leadership in training, mentoring, and building cross-functional QMS ownership . Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to engage both shop floor and leadership teams.
