The SVP will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies that enhance service offerings, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: o Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the companys market presence in managed and value-added services for IT assets. o Identify new growth areas and align strategies with the companys long-term objectives. 2. Market Analysis: o Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. o Leverage market insights to drive business innovation and identify new opportunities. 3. Partnership Development: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners. o Negotiate and finalize partnerships to enhance service offerings and expand market reach. 4. Sales Leadership: o Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. o Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and implement strategies to improve sales efforts. 5. Service Innovation: o Oversee the development, enhancement, and innovation of managed services and value-added services to meet evolving market demands. o Work closely with internal teams to ensure service offerings align with customer expectations. 6. Operational Oversight: o Ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of managed and value-added services across all operations. o Monitor service performance and ensure that client needs are met within agreed timelines and quality standards. 7. Financial Management: o Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness in business development activities. o Ensure business development initiatives contribute positively to the companys financial goals. 8. Regulatory Compliance: o Ensure all business activities are in compliance with relevant industry laws, regulations, and company policies. o Stay updated with legal requirements and industry standards to mitigate risks. 9. Team Development: o Mentor, guide, and develop the business development team to build a high- performing, collaborative culture. o Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team. 10. Reporting and Analysis: o Provide regular, detailed reports to the executive team on business development activities, market trends, and financial performance. o Utilize data and analysis to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Key Qualifications: • Education: A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. o An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. • Experience: o o Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in business development, with a focus on managed services and value-added services for IT assets. o Extensive PAN India exposure is essential. • Skills: o Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive results. o Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing market data, financial reports, and performance metrics to guide business decisions. o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. o Negotiation: Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills with the ability to close high-value contracts and agreements. o Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of managed services and value-added services for IT assets. o Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute long-term plans that contribute to business success. Compensation: • CTC: 2-4 Lakhs per month (Based on experience and qualifications). This role is crucial in shaping the companys growth trajectory and ensuring its competitive edge in the managed services and IT sector. The successful candidate will have a track record of driving business success through strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship management.
