Job Description

We are looking for experienced and passionate IT Trainers in Java DSA , Java Full Stack Development , and AI/ML to lead a 100-day intensive, full-time training program for freshers at our client campus in Hyderabad. Key Details: Training Start Date: 9th June 2025Location: On-site at client campus, Hyderabad (mandatory presence) Timing: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (6 hours/day), Monday to Saturday Audience: ~2500 learners divided into batches Duration: 100 Days (Approx. 4.5 months) Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions in your expertise area (Java DSA / Java Full Stack / AI/ML) Follow structured curriculum and manage large batches with discipline Conduct periodic assessments, coding tasks, and provide feedback Maintain attendance and learner progress records Collaborate with other trainers for curriculum alignment and delivery consistency Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in training or software development Strong command over Java DSA, Java Full Stack, or AI/ML (depending on the role) Prior experience training large batches (preferred) Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to motivate and mentor fresh graduates Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 4.5 months Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 09/06/2025
