IT Testing

Role Overview: As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for developing test plans, preparing effort estimations, and schedules for project execution. You will also be involved in developing test cases, reviewing test case results, anchoring defects prevention activities, and interfacing with customers for issue resolution. Your role will include ensuring effective test execution by reviewing knowledge management activities and adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other QA testers and the project team, utilizing your knowledge of software test life cycle activities and agile methodologies. Your analytical skills and client interfacing abilities will be crucial, along with effective team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test plans, prepare effort estimations, and schedules for project execution - Experience in developing test cases, reviewing test case results, anchoring defects prevention activities, and interfacing with customers for issue resolution - Ensure effective test execution by reviewing knowledge management activities and adhering to organizational guidelines and processes - Work closely with other QA testers and the project team - Knowledge of software test life cycle activities and agile methodologies - Analytical and client interfacing skills - Team coordination Technical Requirements: - QNXT Application - Facets Application - EDIFECS Application - Good to have Automation with Selenium - In-depth knowledge of Healthcare concepts like membership enrollment, benefits, groups, providers, claims, authorizations, and their connections - Solid experience in testing concepts like requirement analysis, test cases, and test data setup - Estimation, status reporting, defect tracking, risk management for individuals with over 5 years of experience - Worked on test data setup for member provider claims - Test data setup using UI as well as EDI transactions - Proficiency in EDI transactions like 834, 837, 270, 271, 276, 277, 278 - Ability to create, edit, or modify these files, identify segments positions in the files, not just loading the files or running batch jobs - Good communication skills and interactions with clients Qualification Required: - Candidates with experience in test planning and execution - Proficiency in QNXT, Facets, and EDIFECS applications - Knowledge of Healthcare concepts and testing methodologies - Experience in automation with Selenium is a plus - Strong analytical and client interfacing skills - Excellent communication and team coordination abilities (Note: Preferred Skills such as Domain->Facets->Facets Configuration were not provided in the job description.),
