IT Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing as well as automation testing and API testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions that meet functional and performance expectations.

Job description:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing), model driven apps and canvas apps.Perform manual testing of CRM customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrationsDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworksConduct API testing using tools like Postman, or similar platformsValidate CRM integrations with external systems and ensure data consistencyCollaborate with developers and DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment validationsParticipate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review and retrospectivesIdentify, document, and track defects in Azure DevOpsPerform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Analyse test results and provide actionable feedback to the development teamMaintain comprehensive test documentation and contribute to QA best practicesPreferred Experience:

Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management toolsExposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniquesUnderstanding of CRM data models and business processesExperience with model-driven apps and canvas appsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment coordinationExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skillsProfile description:
