The ideal candidate will be experienced in end-to-end recruitment, possess deep knowledge of IT technologies, and be comfortable working in US time zones. Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit Negotiate rates and terms with candidates (W2, C2C, 1099) Build strong relationships with consultants and clients Maintain and update records using ATS (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn) Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback from clients and candidates Meet recruitment targets and deadlines within a fast-paced environment Key Skills & Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in US IT staffing Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.) Experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets Please share me your updated Resume @ santhoshi_kaleru@equinoxcpl.com ll 8247070445 Thanks & Regards, Santhoshi Kaleru HR Executive Ph: 8247070445
