Track and maintain an inventory of software licenses and renewals, ensuring timely renewals to avoid lapses. Collaborate with P&T and procurement teams to forecast software needs and budget for upcoming license renewals. Educate and advise stakeholders on software licensing terms, usage rights, and compliance requirements. Develop and implement procedures for software audits to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
