Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Strong understanding of network configurations, including troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues. Proficiency in Asset Management Systems, with the ability to track hardware inventory and manage asset lifecycles. Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and security concepts, with a focus on endpoint security. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge, Ability & Skills Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Customer-service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
