Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote IT support to clients across multiple locations
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and support business applications and software
Set up and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT devices
Respond to daily IT requests and help minimize downtime
Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
Understanding of basic networking
Experience with software installation and system setup
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
