IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide first-line support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization. You will be tasked with managing and troubleshooting surveillance systems and biometric hardware to ensure their optimal functioning. Additionally, you will offer remote IT assistance to assigned branches from the head office and conduct on-site visits as necessary to resolve complex issues or perform maintenance tasks. One of your key duties will be to manage and maintain accurate asset lists, including both hardware and software, for all branches within your assigned region. You will also be involved in assisting with warranty claims and coordinating with vendors for repairs and replacements when needed. Tracking and documenting all support activities, issues, and resolutions using a helpdesk ticketing system will be essential to ensure efficient operations. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of experience in an IT support position. A degree or diploma in any field is required, and previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or corporate IT sectors would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical abilities, and effective communication capabilities are crucial for success in this role. Your technical skills should include a solid understanding of hardware, software, and networking, with a basic knowledge of surveillance and biometric systems, including CCTV. A willingness to travel to different branch locations for on-site work is necessary, as this role is primarily based out of the head office.
