IT Support Executive

We are looking for IT Support monitors and maintains the company product, install, and configures software, and solve technical issues as they arise.

Roles
 Install and configure software components. Generate tickets when the problem is address by the client & resolving a technical issue Actively update &maintain the records of all the tickets of the client & issue.

Responsibilities
 Installation Of EXE &; Web-Based Software At Clients PC/Server Machine. Troubleshooting For Software Related Issues. Setting up accounts for new users Attend Support Calls And Resolve Issues That Arrived At The Clients Side. Create A Ticket For Each And Every Problem And Get It Resolved ASAP. Coordinate With The IT Members & Sales Team for New Implementation And Closing Support tickets. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Skills Required
 Should have a basic knowledge of Software Excellent Communication Skills Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries. Problem-solving attitude

Qualifications
 Any graduate BSC-IT, BCA, or B.COM-related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
