IT Support Engineer

Job Title: IT Support Engineer – L1

Location : Malad West, Near Orlem Church

Shift Requirement: Compulsory rotational day and night shifts. Candidates must be willing to work in both shifts.

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Resolve basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist with user account creation, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Maintain IT asset records and track IT equipment.
• Log and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT engineers.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and basic networking.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user account management.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant IT support experience can apply.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on IT support environment.
• Flexibility to work in compulsory rotational day and night shifts is essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
